Policy

  • All Shades are FINAL sale. No refunds or exchanges. This excludes the following:

  1. You were sent incorrect shades
  2. Shades arrived Damaged (excludes diamonds missing out of The Don 2.0)
If you are subject to any of these circumstances, please use the contact feature. You will have TWO DAYS to report any damages from the day your shades were delivered.
  • All shades are subject to a three-five day processing time before being shipped out
  • Pick up and delivery times will be after 5:30, Monday- Friday.
  • IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR SHADES TO BE DELIVERED, PLEASE LEAVE IN NOTES AT CHECKOUT with a reachable contact number
